Who we are
H:FRAME is a Seoul-based creative talent agency bringing together people from different professional fields under one connected organisation.
We do not believe that every career should follow the same formula. Each talent has their own strengths, ambitions, pace and way of connecting with an audience. Our role is to provide clear representation and reliable support without replacing that individuality with a standardised image.
The Agency is the central home of H:FRAME. It connects talent management with the specialist work of H:FRAME Studios, H:FRAME Music and H:FRAME Publishing whenever a career or project genuinely calls for it.
How H:FRAME works
Our work begins with understanding the person, the profession and the larger path ahead. From there, representation, planning and creative work are brought into alignment.
Every talent has a defined professional focus shaped around their own strengths, goals and current stage of life.
A clear direction does not close doors. It helps determine which opportunities genuinely belong to the larger career.

This keeps decisions consistent across projects, platforms and different stages of a career without turning every person into the same kind of public figure.
A project should offer more than temporary attention. We consider how an editorial, performance, campaign, appearance or original work contributes to the wider career.

Careers do not move in a straight line. Priorities change, new possibilities appear and periods of visibility may be followed by quieter chapters.

Representation & career direction
Representation at H:FRAME goes beyond securing the next appearance, campaign or project. We consider where an opportunity fits, what it asks of the talent and what it should make possible afterwards.
The balance of management, creative support, communication and public presence is different for every person. A model, actor, performer, artist and creator may belong to the same Agency without being managed according to the same pattern.
Some periods call for greater visibility. Others require preparation, training, experimentation or deliberate space away from the public eye. Not every meaningful step needs to happen in public.
We support genuine audience connection while respecting the difference between a public career and a private life. The objective is not constant exposure, but lasting relevance and a career that continues to feel authentic to the person living it.
One agency, three divisions
H:FRAME Agency remains the centre of representation and management. Its three divisions provide specialist support when a talent or project moves into visual production, music or publishing.
Each division has a distinct purpose. Their work connects when needed, but no talent is expected to build several equal careers at once.
H:FRAME Studios supports the Agency’s visual, editorial and screen-based work, connecting creative direction with production.
